La Ferme Gautre is a beautiful 200 year old Poitou Charentes farmhouse, renovated to a high standard. Located on the edge of the Marais Poitevin with its excellent cycling, walking and boating.

It is close to several villages, and Niort is also nearby, along with the towns of La Rochelle and Poitiers.

The farmhouse consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate WC.

There is a large outdoor heated pool and a barn with table tennis, pool table, darts, basketball hoop and bicycles (for adults and children). There is also an extensive collection of books and DVDs, and free wifi internet.
